• Do I need an appointment? For colour, bridal and correction work, yes, because we set aside the time. For a cut or a beard trim you are welcome to walk in, though calling ahead saves you the wait.
• Is the consultation really free? Yes, and there is no obligation to book anything afterwards. We would rather tell you honestly what your hair needs than sell you something it cannot take.
• Why are there no prices listed? Colour especially depends on length, density and what has been done to your hair before. Quoting a number online would mean quoting the wrong one. Call and we will give you a real figure.
• I had a colour done somewhere else and I hate it. Come in before you do anything else to it, especially before you put another box dye over the top. Correction is what we are best at.
• How far ahead should I book a wedding? As early as you can, and book a trial separately. The trial is where we settle the look so the morning itself is calm.
